Both the coffee blend - 100% Arabica from Brazil and Colombia - and a medium-dark degree of roasting are such that this aromatic coffee is very suitable for all common preparation methods, as seen on our label.

Blend of 50% Arabica from Brazil and 50% Arabica from Colombia
Specialty coffee (coffees with 80 points and more in the SCA classification)

These two coffees combine a high sweetness and a balanced acidity with aromas of chocolate and flavours of tropical fruits with a persistent body. We roast our coffees gently and aromatically in the drum. Thanks to this gentle and longer roasting process, our coffees have a lower acidity than industrially roasted coffees.
