This coffee is a pleasure of a fine, aromatic and complex coffee with a rich citrusy flavor, medium-body and a clean and sweet aftertaste.

We roast our coffees gently and aromatically in the drum. Thanks to this gentle and longer roasting process, our coffees have a lower acidity than industrially roasted coffees.
